| ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT CENTER |

TYPES OFFERED |
The practice range at the Duran Development Center
offers teeing areas at both ends of the practice facility. One side is for warm up and practice; while
the other end is reserved to provide for a secluded area for lessons and instruction.
The practice tee area is expansive..100 yards
wide and 40 yards deep providing golfers with top quality practice conditions every time they come to
work on their golf swings. The teeing area allows golfers to practice off of all natural bermuda turf,
not mats. Golfers will experience realistic golf course target conditions with seven target greens
guarded by coquina bunkers. Each day the yardages to all targets are lasered for accuracy. Golfers
will find mounded areas from where they can hit balls so they can recreate those difficult uphill,
downhill and sidehill lies. The practice area also features an area cut to rough height so golfers can
work on those tough, heavy grass lies that they will find out on the golf course. |

The instructors at the Duran Development Center realize that each and every golfer responds to different educational
approaches. The Professional Teaching staff will develop a curriculum tailored to each individual student, based on athleticism
, current level of play, specific goals, and the amount of time the student has available to realize their goals.

Over the next few months Duran will be installing a state-of-the-art lighting system around the Development Center giving golfers the opportunity to play or practice after work or in the cooler evening hours.

Special Features at Duran Development Center |
| Short Game Practice Area
- A 10,000 square foot Tifeagle putting green large enough to move around without bumping onto
other golfers. And a 7,000 square foot pitching green allows golfers to make practice shots
from up to 70 yards away. An expansive bunker that can accommodate up to 12 golfers for greenside
or fairway bunkers shots is great for working on your sand saves. |

| Duran Par 3 Course
- The Duran Development Centers Par3 course is a 9-hole layout that winds its way
around the outside of the practice range. This is a course that is a perfect length for
walking and carrying your own clubs. It is also an excellent facility for junior golfers
and beginners. The Par 3 Course offers an inexpensive golfing option that takes only about
an hour to play and enjoy. The holes range in length from 50 yards to 130 yards.
True putting Tifeagle greens average 4,000 square feet with challenging bunker features.
The teeing areas are measured but left unstructured to allow for multiple distance shots
and perfect playing conditions. |
